Step 1

Make sure your developer is enabled. When your developer is enabled you can skip the next two steps.

Step 2

Go to the Office button and click on it, then click “PowerPoint option”.

Step 3

Enable the “Developer tab in the ribbon” button.

Step 4

The next step is to go to the ‘Developer’ on the ribbon, then Click ‘More Controls’, Find “Shockwave Flash Object, and click on it.

Step 5

Drag the field you want to display the embedded video. Right-click on it and click ‘Properties’, Go to ‘Movies’ on the new dialog box and paste the YouTube video link.

Step 6

Resize the embedded video and click ‘F5’ to play, done.
